Where are those new lamps coming from?

Did anybody else is Montreal notice the new lamps around Sherbrooke at St Urbain? I have been out so I don't know how new they are. I like them better than the old ones. Is there any plan to replace the old lamps with these ones? How do I find out this kind of things?

Seriously, though, contact your local town hall, mayor's office, Chamber of Commerce, Dept of Traffic and/or Street Lighting, etc. One of them is bound to know about it, or can give you someone who does know (be patient! I had a similar inquiry, and it took TWO HOURS worth of phone calls to get to the right person!).
