As other's said you really need to be able to solve that yourself. If you're having a problem with calculating anything, and can't use a calculator, what you do is add them up one by one, or find 'pairs'.
For example 7 + 2 + 1 = 10. 10 is easy to calculate with.
Then 10 + 54 + 7 + 83 + 57 + 1 is left. 83 + 57 is the same as 90 + 50 (which is 140). 140 + 10 = 150
150 + 54 + 7 + 1. If you split up the 54 into 50 and 4 you'll get 150 +50 = 200:
200 + 4 + 7 + 1 = 200 + 12 = 212
This is really the easiest math gets.
5 + 6 + 2 + 3 is the same as the 2 answers to 5+6 and 2+3 added to eachother. So
5+6 + 2+3 =
11 + 5 = 16
Or
5 + 6 + 2 + 3=
11 + 2 + 3=
13 + 3=
16

The answer is 212.
Are you not allowed to use a calculator to answer these? If not, just take 2 numbers at a time and add them up as you go along. Good luck!

Dude, seriously...you need to be doing your own homework. If you can't solve this simple equation, you're in trouble. The math gets much harder than this, but simple equations like this one are the building blocks for more advanced equations.
When you do it yourself, you'll know how it's done and remember it better.
