Tell her to go spend time with someone else or introduce her to some other naggy friend of yours and maybe they can chill every freaking day. Just try to tell her that you're busy and maybe she will get the hint. If you're cool friends with the husband...than tell the husband to start paying more attention to his wife.

She seems to be lonely and just wants some companionship. If you don't want to see her, simply tell her you are busy, or you can't. If you enjoy seeing her it's okay as long as you keep it a friendship level, and the husband is aware of your meetings. :-)

Make it clear to her that she has a husband. And needs to be speaking with him....NOT YOU.
You do NOT wish to become involved in her situation. You have your own life's responsibilities.
If she continues to persist, let her know that you will speak with her husband. That should make it clear to her, that you are serious. And that perhaps she really needs to seek professional assistance in resolving issues that may be troubling her.

You should say, "I'm irritated by you. You're married, so stop asking to meet me. You're being a pest. Leave me alone."

Tell her that her husband has found out that she is trying to get you to meet her. She will stop.

Just tell her you have other plans. You're not obligated to see anyone every day.
