Seeking Hotel in the Sanibel/Captiva/Ft. Myers area?

I am looking for a hotel (Not a Condo) in the Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers area during high season (12/29-01/02) for a family vacation. It will be me and my husband our 3 year old daughter and my 15 year old niece. We would like a place under $200.00 a night with a heated pool.
Any advice will be appreciated.

I would like to know if anyone has stayed at the La Quinta/Best Western on Summerlin. I stayed there when it was a Radisson about 4 years ago. Would also like info on the Hampton inn & Suites.

If you don't find it on there site ask for a quote, I find them to be the best price around.
