The guests are usually real, although sometimes they script and stage them.

I don't know about all of them.... I was shown a tape of somebody I used to know on Springer and I know that was 100% real. The person who showed me the tape kept in touch with the people and knew the story was true. I was told they coach them some and mainly get them revved up before they go on.

This ugly girl I used to know cheated on her husband while he was in the military, spent all of his money on vacations with his friend and tatoos, and pretended to fall asleep on the sofa so she could cheat on her husband while he was home on leave with his friend who was her ex and just got out of prison or something like that... She wanted to tell him all that and dump him on the show. She was hitting the poor guy during the show and telling him he took advantage of her at a bad time and made her marry him... Said he was never around... wasn't enough money... (He actually invited her to live where he was stationed and there was plenty of money.)

The people who keep in touch with them and other people in their circle say it's all true. They all feel really sorry for this extremely nice, normal guy who somehow married this ugly girl and then had to take all this abuse... even the people that were her friends before she met this guy.

They are real, but sometimes the producers juice up the story lines and the guests are coached backstage so that they can create more drama when they get on stage. The guests get paid for coming on, so they will usually do what they are coached to.

Yea there real but most of them are coached on what to do before hitting the stage. I don't know about you but you'd have to pay me a lot to get me to act that stupid and trashy.

Their stories are not real. I think that the show has even admitted to the fact that they arent real. Its all for show. And ratings.
