check your eggs and milk before you buy them?? I do!

Yes I do. I'm a 'squeezer.' I squeeze everything I buy. If i can poke my fingers through an egg it's no good. Bread: if it squishes, it's TOO fresh! Milk: when I hug it to my chest and that cap pops off, NOPE! Tomatoes, and fruits that crush are over-ripe. I fear cans that are uncrushable to the bare hands may be too tough for my can-opener,
I go hungry A LOT but my grocery bills are STILL enormous!
lmao!

Yeah I do look at the expiration date when buying milk and I always open up the carton of eggs to check them as well. You never know you might find a cracked egg and I would rather be safe then sorry when it comes to my food.

Yes, both.

You know what I am going to start checking? Muffins. I was going to buy a package of sourdough bread muffins. When I got to the checkout the lady was like, "Did you notice there is one missing?" Nice.

What is the world coming to these days.
