I've got an autographed shirt - it's blue with autographs made in black soft-tip pen. I wanted to hang it on the wall but I've been told it'd lose its color.

How do I keep it without it losing its color and without any sorts of problems?

P.S. I have no idea in what category I'm supposed to post it, so excuse me if it's in the wrong one.

First of all you have to buy a spray of those special made to protect for instance carpets or furniture (those that avoid liquid to get into to fabric), then there are some stores in which they make a special cover for special dresses (like wedding dresses) you can ask in a very big store like JC Penny or some store like that, if not, then use a plastic bag that can be changed every time you wish and hang your shirt in a place away from the DIRECT SUN LIGHT, that would be enough to proect it. I made this with may son´s shirt autographied....

Put the shirt in the dryer for a bit. This will bake the ink in and then just keep it out of the sun.Or you could have it professionaly cased.Depends on how much you want to spend.

there are stores that specialize in framing these type of items.. Framing stores.. Make sure it is never hung in direct sunlight and it shouldn't fade.. Call a framing store and ask them about it..
