Do you find that 50 degrees in the fall feels colder than 50 degrees in the spring?
Do you think it's just psychological?

I think it is all psychological! Because the weather is so cold in the winter it feels like a heat wave when it becomes 50 degrees in the spring!

YES!!!
it might be because the winter is coming but i could wear flip-flops during spring at 50 degrees and not feel a thing
not the same during fall!

I think the 50 degree drop in the temp is what most people hate in the fall they are used to it being hot. In the spring we are accustomed to the cold.

Yes because of the low pressure systems that fall from the north west. They bring COLD air and windy conditions. Spring isn't because it's combined more with dry air systems from the south, hence tornadoes.
