Spain is 194,884 square miles.
Texas is 268,601 square miles.
Therefore the answer to your question is NO as Spain is 73,717 square miles smaller than or just over 72% of the size of Texas.

Texas covers 268,601 square miles and Spain covers total: 504,782 sq km so we must convert sq km to sq miles and subtract the difference. the conversion makes Spain as 194 897.419 793 373 square miles rounded to 194,897. So 268,601-194897=73704 sq miles in difference. Meaning Texas is larger overall.
