Gently remove the seedlings and the soil from the pot by tapping it over some paper and carefully lay the soil and seedlings down. Loosen the soil so you can remove the seedlings without damaging the roots. Have some new pots or peat cells pre moistened and ready to receive a new seedling. Poke a hole in the new soil so that the root of the seedling easily slips inside and then gently press the soil around the seedling. Remember to pick up the seedling by it's ears (the leaves) and not the neck (the stem) If you lose a leaf it will grow back, but if you crush the stem it will die.
Good Luck

Hi:
Don't panic! I have propagated seeds indoors and also in my greenhouse. I have done the same thing and all you have to do is gently transplant them to other pots. Lift the leaves with your fingers.

When propagating seeds, always use warm water with a mixture of a light potting soil (no bark) and add some humas and vermiculite. This is wonderful to help you seeds grow.

When I have done many seeds at once, I have also experimented and let them grow bigger and then transplant the plugs. (seedlings) You should be fine.

Take a look at my growing from seed page of my website and this may help you. I will also direct to my site map where you can get information on a lot of topics of landscape solutions. Best of luck and please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. Have a great day!
