There is a Lithium battery inside the computer that keeps the clock and BIOS or CMOS settings when your computer is turned off. The first sign that it is dying is the clock changing.

Get the battery replaced. Most use a CR2032 or CR2024 and cost about $3.

Sounds like the BIOS battery which stores the date and time has died. Check inside your computer and you will probably find a "watch" battery. It controls the clock when the PC is off. Over time those batteries will wear out, and will no longer hold the time. Usually you can pop it out and replace with a new one.

Problem with your BIOS set up. Next time when it boots, go to bios set up by pressing DEL key and adjust the clock there. If again the problem comes, then replace the bios button cell and setup the bios clock again. It will be alright then.
