EDIT: Checking your profile, I see you are in CA. So, on a hunch, I searched CA criminal code. Following is 166 (A) (4):

166. (a) Except as provided in subdivisions (b), (c), and (d),
every person guilty of any contempt of court, of any of the following
kinds, is guilty of a misdemeanor:
(4) Willful disobedience of the terms as written of any process or
court order or out-of-state court order, lawfully issued by any
court, including orders pending trial.

This MIGHT mean a probation/parole violation.
If you did not mean CA, then this is not accurate.

I have a restraining order on my brother, he has violated this order several times. He was severs a notice of contempt, here @ my address . Penal codes 166pc and 166(a) (4) can you please define these codes?
