The metal piece that screws onto the faucet broke off of the hose when I pulled the hose too hard. I've had the hose a year or two, and other than the part that broke off (which now makes the hose unusable), it's a good hose.

No problem, go to Home Depot and ask for the hose repair parts. They're usually in or near the Gardening Dept.

Pretty much any hardware or home and garden store will care the connector. When I was a kid I used to change them all the time because they would get ran over. Just cut the hose below it and slip the new one on. Then it crimps down. Hope this helps.

any hardware center sells either end ....cut the bad end off..a few inches ...push nipple of replacement piece on hose and tighten down screws...they even have new washers in them. the plastic ones are cheapest . buy a good brass one if the hose is worth something.

i think you can change it, but if not it will probably be time to get a new water hose since the broken one is two years old..

Yes... most home centers sell a replacement. You just cut the old one off cleanly with a sharp knife and the new one pushes on and screws in place.

I would get a new one. Trying to replace that piece is asking for a nice leak = a nice headache! Good Luck
