Happy Day - There's a lot of people on here with MJ avatars.
Sai- You sould keep the one you have for a little bit, and then change it. I like both, so savor both of them.
EDIT: Staymay- you have to save the picture from the website to your computer. They you just do the same as you would with a picture from your computer.
