Heck, I've a Masters in Philosophy (to be an even bigger and more effective ****** than I was before) and I haven't the foggiest. Reminds me more of rock lyrics than poetry, in fact, quite a lot like the lyrics to Nirvana songs. Remember that line "I want to eat your cancer" in the song Heart Shaped Box.? What in blazes does that mean? Beats me. I suppose to understand lyrics written under the influence of drugs you have to be under the influence of same. At least it's a hypothesis I set before you, but not substantiated. You weren't speedballing when you wrote this, were you? You are sober now which is probably why you can't understand your own creation! It's happened to me. Back in College I created under the influence of a Hashish-Opium mix a mathematical formula that unified all known phenomena including those of a "spiritual" nature. I had discovered the T.O.E or Theory of Everything in a simple formula which also had an elaborate proof and unusual for a formula had two equals signs and a 0 in the center representing the Primal Void or Chaos. But I confess after sobering up, I could make little or no sense out of my elaborate proof, but at the time, I thought I was communing with the Universal Mind. Oy Vay! Heck, send the lyrics off to a few bands, it might be the next big hit! Not depressing enough or morbid enough for Goth, more like Grunge.

I have notebooks and online blogs full of poems I write. Its almost as if I just hold the pencil(or put my fingers on the keys) and the words just happen.Your subconcious probably knows something you dont. It may take a while to figure out what this really means. Its impossible for someone to get inside your head and come up with the meaning. We may try but we'd all be wrong.

I really like it. It sounds like a gothic poem about a person so inlove that is obsessed with this one person and will kill or die for the one they love. It sounds like a dangerous wicked love but does make sense to those who see beyond words.

It sounds to me like you are soul searching, for who you are,
at the same time you are connecting and mirroring to another person as in co-dependence, wanting that person to view
things as you do, but that person is resisting, and you are torn
to leave with out her, yet you know she is dragging you down,
You both may be using something, drugs booze, also sounds like you blame your self for her choices, your love and guilt can't leave her behind, as you want to try to change.
If I am not mistaken, you should find help for your self regardless, she may follow your example, if you take real action.

YOU HAVE A TALENT i am telling u.
well the poem seems like a love poem coz it talks about love but generally the poem talks about a vampire creature not liking what he is and he is trying to convince his love that he loves her and if she would join him
