Me and my boyfriend are talking about this... he says you are supposed to wait until night... I say you can get dressed up and go out dressed in your Halloween outfit all day...
He is embarrassed that I have my horns and dress on... all I want to do is go to the store and get some cigarettes...
Is it okay to wear your Halloween outfit out in public before night time?

I'm way too old for trick or treating and have been for many, many years. But I've been in costume since 7AM today and won't be taking it off until probably close to 2 AM tomorrow. I've never cared for what anyone's thought about me dressing in costume. If they have a problem with it, so be it.

It's Halloween, the one day where it is socially acceptable on a national scale to dress up and be "different". In my opinion, I think a person should be able to enjoy all 24 hours of it. If you want to go out to the store as the Devil and smoke a cigarette (very appropriate, btw), by all means.. brighten up someone's day, because unlike your boyfriend, people like to see those with some spirit. I know I sure do. There's too many people who are afraid to express themselves due to feeling insecure about standing out. So, what are you waiting for? Go out and steal someone's soul. :)

My kids start wearing their costumes as soon as they get them. When my son was about 4, he had a Buzz Lightyear costume. I think he wore that thing everyday for 3 years. it didn't even fit him anymore! I somehow got it away from him and threw it away. It was very funny!!!

yes it is because its holloween since 12am..lol i think its nice to see poeple with there costumes the whole day because whats the point of spendin money if you only ganna wear it a couple of hours in the night show it off ALL DAY!!!!!LOL

I have before but unfortunately I don't have a costume this year! :( oh well and my brother took pictures before Halloween of his family in their costumes! he already put them on his myspace page!

I think it's ok because right after school, I saw a lady that had a painted nose and had whiskers.

I think its fine. I'm a mystical fairy and wore my costume to work this morning. I even wore my wings and brought my wand.
