Sounds like an email scam, made-up bank to me.

be careful with anything to do with Nigeria bad banks or ever thing.they have many scams from Nigeria;and have Americans and English on the phones and they seem rightfully honest; but 99 out of 100 percent it;s a big scam/look up Nigeria scams on-line and it will come back with 419 and that;s what they call for all the millions of dollars scammed from people ; the 419 and that means scam from Nigeria.i have a friend from there in Lagos; and he always tells me to be careful as so many scams come on line and Thur the mail ; so just be careful; and call the bank of America;' and they can tell you about their bank.

there is probably a bank with that name but it is a scam saying you won money ,please send me millions of dollars to get your million lol! something along those lines!!!!!!!!!!!
