The best and most effective way is to call an exterminator. Ants live in colonies so you can have 100's of colonies in and around your house. The thing about ants is that they won't cross from one colony to another so if you kill of one colony you probably aren't killing off the others. There are lots of home remedies but I have yet to see one work effectively. In pest control we spray the interior and exterior of the house with a residual spray and then if we can find the pheromone trail (when ants walk a certain trail back and forth) we will follow that and bait it. The bait is taken back to the colony and shared. The colony dies off in a few days. Ants are very difficult to get rid of but they will probably go away with the cold weather. The problem is that they will return year after year. If you have rock gardens close to your house or mulch they love that stuff so you might think about giving that sort of stuff a good dose of spray or remove it.

If you spelled that the way you wanted to, the best way is to be rude to the uncles and then both they and the aunts will avoid you.
If you are talking about the colonies of insects that infest houses and gardens the best way is those little cans of poison bait. They love its taste and pick it up and then bring back to their nests. It will kill any ant in the nest including the queen and then they are gone.

if its ANTS you ant to get rid of i highly recommend the Tarro brand. it comes in a little bottle and you just squirt a little puddle on a piece of paper where you see the ants. 1000's of ants will come feed on that puddle then they carry it to the nest where the rest of the colony will feed off of it. within a day the entire colony is dead including the queen. those ants wont come back.
if its AUNTS you want to get trid of, just tell them that you cant wait for them to die so you can have their money.
