why does a person need to go to college?

Question

if they already have a business job? what if the person has no clue what they want to do in life. they had apretty indulgent childhood exposed to a variety of thigns.

i know, but how do I decide?

Getting extra qualifications can help you land a better job than you might have otherwise, or move higher in the ranks of an organisation if you already have one. Even if it's not necessarily related to the job's subject matter, it shows you have the drive to achieve things, the intellect to get into and pass through college, and the will to improve yourself. Going through the classes, too, helps people develop self-control and self-discipline in getting things done on time and learning properly.
Even if you have no clue what you want to do, more knowledge and experience in life beyond an indulgent childhood is always invaluable.

Just because you have a job now, that doesn`t mean you will have one in a year, 5 years, 10 years etc.
When you must look for employment, having at least some college will help you to get a better job.
Even people with no clue as to what they want to do in life know what they like to do.
That should give them some idea of what
kind of a job they would like to have. That
is where college or another type of education comes in.

Having a college education shows your employer that you are dependable, reliable, and can persevere through to the end of projects. You do not even have to have a degree in the field that you are working in. My degree is in performing arts and I work for a chemical company managing an IT department. By having degree (any degree) it has opened doors for me at work to allow me to advance to higher payed jobs.
