anyone know how to repair taylor softserve machine?

I have a new unit of taylor softserve machine model 142
since day one, the softserve disburse out is too soft and almost immediately, it because liquid upon disburse out.
This is the same even for the 1st usage of the day

The local distributor cannot solve my problem

I need some advice on how to make it harder.

Hopper or other temperature is too high.

Did you check the owner's manual? If it is new you should have received one with the unit.
What model is it? You may be able to download a manual here:

Although most say to call an authorized service facility. If your local distributor can't help you they should at least be able to tell you the name of an authorized service facility. It should be under warrantee if new.
