And it will make no difference to Muslim extremists if a woman is the president of the USA.
Regarding Muslims, most muslims are peace loving. Just like all groups of people, there are muslims I have met who I like, and there are those who I have met who I do not like. Talk to several to understand what some think of Islam. (I am not a muslim, I like my beer and pork.)

Gee Junglejoe, I don't pick the leaders of the US based on what will offend or bother the Nation of Islam, or how tolerant Muslim extremists are over my choices, as an American.
My, my, it looks like radical Muslim terrorism has already worked on you.
Are you saying we should just elect whoever they approve for us first? That we should bow and scrape and only elect a person who won't "offend" their religious attitudes? Whose side are you on?
