The debate last night was pretty good mainly because the questions posed to the Dems put them on the spot and made them squirm. The questions about Hillary opening up the archives and her contradicting herself when on campaign stops talking about Social Security were brutal. Kudos to Tim Russert for not throwing up softballs.

I must admit, that was the most interesting debate thus far, including the Republican debates.
Perhaps this will be the turning point. Perhaps now we will get to the real "meat" of all the issues and get some real answers. I loved this one!

Russert did a great job last night. I much prefer him to Brian W or Chris Matthews.

It's remarkable how tough the questions are at a democrat debate and how soft they are at the republican debates. I keep wondering why the questions aren't the same.

I'd like to see that on both sides. It certainly lends to giving us a much better insight as to who we're dealing with.
