I don't know how you can regulate it as it should be. It is well known that organs are regularly stolen. There is such a profit to be made in the organ trade part of the medical industry that if you carry an organ donor card, you may be signing your own death warrant if ever at the mercy of the organ traders.

I think we need strict price regulation of all the medical business, including drugs, and that the taking of organs from a non-donor should be an automatic life sentence.

I think that you should be given a card when you get your drivers license that you can sign and keep with your license if you want to be a donor if not throw it away but i don't believe it should be in a data base. Because some people with money might be willing to kill for that organ. and of course it shouldn't mater how much money you have it should be first come first serve.

More education on the entire subject is necessary--so many people put this off as something that takes too long to do--it is quick and simple--and please make sure your family is aware of your wishes.
