Christ its insane!
forget the human rights of the people they could kill or injure with their bloody bombing attempts etc
Fair enough they might not turn out to be guilty but why take chances with terrorists?

The cases considered by the Law Lords involved 10 terror suspects being placed under orders, including at least two who are on the run.
How can they not even know how many are on the run ?

It's amazing isn't it.....hold 'suspects' back & there's an outcry,
Let them loose just incase we have gotten it all wrong & there's another out cry when half of London gets blown up.
As has already been pointed out in an answer before mine, they're not suspects for nothing. The police aren't at my door thinking I'm gonna blow someones brains out.
It's getting so all the law abiding people are prisoners (in their own homes) & the villains are free to commit whatever bloody wrong they feel like.

Wow. I wonder, what would Tonica Blairinsky or Eva Brown (or whatever the name of the new British prime minister is) say or do if curfews like this were imposed in Serbia?

Get rid of them, or lock them up..............there must be a reason why they are suspects. If a dog looks like its gonna bite, you don't put you're hand in its mouth. There are too many lives at stake in this age of terrorist attacks. when are the rights of the innocent victims gonna be taken into account.

I totally agree with Michelle. It seems that victims have no rights. We have to be careful and take as many precautions as poss.

they are SUSPECTS. Therefore they havent been found guilty of anything. Therefore an 18 hour curfew would've been draconian.
If YOU were suspected of committing a crime, would you think it reasonable to be put under curfew for 18 hours a day?

The main thing here is the word 'suspects'. They haven't been charged or found guilty, they're being held for no reason.
