Wow, she's a gutsy old lady right enough, good luck to her for her next flight.
Just a pity the gutter press had to mention that stuff about her daughter, how is that relevant to her paragliding at the age of 100. Talk about spoiling her day!

Good on 'em but if they break a hip they will be straight into a shoddy NHS hospital getting a dose of MRSA and being looked after by a Dr Shipton/Nurse Allett character - so they need to be v. careful!!!!!

personally i wouldnt do it but i suppose if shes reached a 100 yrs shes not going to be too concerned about an accident occuring and robbing her of the rest of her life

My Gran will be 100 in June. I hope she doesn't want to go that far to celebrate it,i don't think MY nerves could take it.
She wants to go up in a hot-air balloon,thank God.
