i do when the person is a contact but i don't have an answer for their question

Good question. Maybe they're wanting to be kind handing out stars but are too lazy to answer the question.

I do that for my contacts, if I dont know the answer. So that my other contacts have more of a chance of seeing the question and perhaps giving them the answer.

I also do it for people who block me... to be a jackass.

IT just means they liked the question alot..but they just honestly dont have an opinion or a good answer to give. They are telling you you have good questions :)

Either what they thought they wanted to answer was already written by someone else or maybe to get their "contacts" attention. Or, they are just plain and simply "lazy"!
