I live in a condo. There are four flats on my floor, and four doors. One door is near the staircase, and their doorbell is right above the stairs, just lift your hand and ring. My door is the furthest on the left, and the doorbell is on the left, on the wall, the furthest from the staircase. Yet everyone who comes up - Jehovah witnesses, peddlers with goods, marketing people, you name it, get up and straight to my door to ring the bell! Interestingly, once they rang mine, they do not bother with others and depart. Why don't they ring the most convenient door, the one near the staircase? Why mine?
