Its the night before Halloween- the 30th.
Its pretty much only known in Michigan, primarily Detroit.
They have been turning it into Angels Night for years now.
I will say that the vandalizing, and arson have definately declined in recent years.
It used to be just neighborhood teens would smash pumpkins, t.p. houses, and play ding dong ditch.
Now there are curfews and they (law enforcement) take it seriously.
And its my ex husbands b-day

It is the night before Halloween. Usually nothing happens. But sometimes teenagers go out and do some awful things, like set a black cat on fire. It sickens me how some people could do that.

It's the night that every numbskull in Detroit comes out of their basement and does as much damage to other people stuff as possible. As if they needed an excuse.
