Traditionally, March. Most people give their house a 'spring clean' whenever they feel they want to.

People normally get the urge to spring clean around march April time but really i always have a good clean out once a month, and general cleaning every day, there's no better feeling than after you have cleaned, believe me I'm obsessed with it, so do it when you feel the need, cleanliness is next to godliness.

Well technicaly Springs can be cleaned all year round, but I like to give my "springs" a good old clean in October

No "should" about it - you clean when you want to - or when you are knee deep in dust. Spring starts officially at the vernal equinox - 21st March .
