No- I never hear my own name unless it's by a teacher or I'm getting into trouble. My friends and family call me suzie but I hate the name suzanne, no offense on my mother

Depends on the situation and who is saying it, if it is a rugby player then i hate it but if it is a great and smart blonde woman i would love to hear it

It depends on the context. If someone is angry and looking for a confrontation or someone at whose expense to indulge in a power-trip or ego-trip, I'd just as soon hear somebody else's.

No. Maybe you do, because yours is cute. My name is Renee and I don't like it one bit. I just might permanently change it to Arraya. (which is pronounced A-ray-a, not A-rye-a, if anyone really cares to know.)
