most things these days have a block button on the tool bar up the top. and it would also be safe to put a parental control on my mum has it on so my brothers don't go on an sites that are inappropritate.

If you have Outlook Express, Click MESSAGE, then click BLOCK SENDER. Then just follow the prompts.
