For me, Sean Connery comes first. Pierce Brosnan second.

Im with you. Connery, then Brosnan.
Dalton and Lazenby were pretty bad, Roger Moore was OK. Im not sold on this new guy yet - frankly I think hes too homely to be a Bond.
But yes, Connery is tops.

Oh of course, Sean Connery. He was the sexiest guy at any
stage of his life on screen, I've always thought. And for an old
man, he still has charm on screen. I just watched him in the
older movie, The Highlander, from hubby's collection. He still
had the charisma in that movie too. Something about him
comes through almost larger than life, I think.
I've been a fan of Pierce Brosnam since he first came on
the scene. Now that he's older he can get some of the more
macho roles. In stature, he probably was closer to the authors'
perception of what James Bond was physically like, than
any other actor who's played the role. He's sure a handsome
Irishman.

I don't know about Sean Connery, but I did like Pierce Bronson, although I'm not a Bond Movie person. And I don't think I like the new guy playing James Bond, either!

I agree, Lady G - Sean Connery will forever be James to me...and just recently I began watching Pierce Brosnan's version and found it to be closer to Connery's and yet uniquely his. I never liked Roger Moore and that other guy

First place goes to Sean Connery. Connery was the ideal actor to play James Bond. Don't you love the way he said P**ssy Galore's name?
The actor named Daniel Craig who starred in the recent James Bond movie Casino Royale is Sean's only rival. He was very convincing in the part and just reeks that manly man aroma! Whew!!!! Gotta go now, think I'm having a hot flash! LOL

Sean Connery. He is better looking now than he was even then. Second choice is Daniel Craig. Both have marvelous voices even though Sean is sometimes difficult to understand.
