If there are dirt stains on it, you can use an eraser. If you ever spill oil on them, you should put baking soda on it asap and let it soak in for awhile then brush it off. The baking soda soaks up the oil. Any other stains, you might wanna use the suede cleaner and brush that sometimes comes with Timbs or can be purchased from Foot Locker.

The best thing for leather shoes is saddle soap. It will not only clean them but also soften the leather. Saddle soap will tend to darken the leather. I hope that's not a problem for you.
