They won't. Americans will not stand for a draft to keep their wars of conquest going.

The only government official I have ever heard requesting the reinstatement of the Draft is Congressmen Rangel (D). He has done this consistently almost every year since his original appointment to the House of Rep.

No, but Hillary might. She voted to give Bush the power to take the first steps toward physical conflict with Iran...Obama called her on it last night lol.

Well Ron Paul is a republican and he's against it and Hillary is a democrat and for it. Biden, Gravel, Dodd and Edwards have rightfully questioned Hillary's stances on this issue. I think the democrats need a new front runner who's more consistant with his convictions. And Lord knows the republicans need a new front runner too!!!
I think this is one election where we need to vote for a candidate's stances and not just along party lines.

ps your costume is adorable! ;o)

Who are the Pro Iran War Republican Candidates? I have't heard any of them say they were pro Iran war.

There are no Pro War in Iran anyone...

We are trying to make it so we don't have to do it. Iran is making it difficult.

Myself, you wouldn't need a ground force if I were commander and chief.... Just about a dozen big ole planes...

Job done!

Ron Paul would not, but all of the other candidats on both sides of the aisle might, with the exception of Kucinich or Gravel.

I think there should be a draft to replenish the military ranks. Plus, having a mandatory draft, gives youths a chance to serve and gain valuable life experience.

Its funny, the only people I hear talking about reinstating the draft are liberal/democrats. I haven't heard a single republican talk about reinstating the draft. Quit trying to scare people with this cheap tactics.

Iran is soooo much more sophisticated than Iraq. They can be dealt with without invasion. The pro bombing/military action folks are baaaaad mojo.
