Hillary is really on the left wing of the Democrat Party. As Dean was in 2004. Then along came Kerry and out "left winged" Dean and got the nomination. But when it came time to vote, the voters did not want a real left wing Democrat and Kerry lost.
Hillary therefore has a tough decision. Does she try to remain the most left wing Democrat so Obama can not flank her or does she look more to the future and moderate her comments in order to win in 2008?
I think she will try to be the most left wing Democrat out there. She will propose billions of dollars in "benefits" that the government can not pay for without a major tax hike. In keeping with that, the Democrats now want to pass a major tax hike, the biggest in history to fund their social programs assuming Hillary wins. If the economy crashes as a result of their tax hike, they can blame it on Bush.
But it could all back fire on them. If they do pass a major tax bill, causing a shaky economy to collapse, people may realize it was the Democrats that did it, in which case Hillary in 2008 is not going to win. If the Republicans fields a very conservative like Ron Paul who wants NO income tax and greatly curbbed spending in Washington, he may win.

I hate to tell you but there's no sigh for you. Hillary took the heat in last nights debate pretty well. She handled herself in a manner that only a good, solid candidate can. She's a shoe-in for the Democratic nomination. Edwards and Obama are desperate now because they can't seem to find any headway to the lead and momentum she keeps gaining as a result of these debates. The next (8) years we'll be hearing from you on Y/A with all those crocodile tears!!!

No, because she feels she has the democratic nomination locked up, and is playing for the general election. Thats why she is voting for extending the patriot act and voting to fund the war - two issues that democrats are strongly against. She knows dems will vote for her if she gets the nomination, and now she is trying to seem 'middle of the road' in an attempt to get the swing voters. Its actually a clever strategy that might work. But then again, it may backfire if dems start identifying with Obama or Edwards.

Excellent. When she has to start debating republicans she is going to get chewed up like she was in a meat grinder.
Her fellow dems are still going to lite on her.

Well my friend - it all seems to depend on who you listen to, and which TV channel you watch. According to the latest Novak-Evans report Hillary is in front, BUT she still can lose!!! Pretty much all we get nowadays is double talk and speculation.

I hope the public can see her corrupt political style and how she is on a popularity tour right now. I will answer your question with another question. Why isn't HONESTY considered important to her democratic supporters. It is PROVEN on TAPE that both her and Bill have LIED! ITS ON TAPE FOR BOTH OF THEM!

She has as good a chance of winning as any of them do I think. We don't have the best choices this time around. I see myself vomiting next November.
