No I have not. I am more a tilapia, mahi-mahi fish person. Carp doesn't sound the least bit appealing to me. Those nasty things will eat just about anything. I remember going to this theme park in here in Ohio and they had carp swimming around in this small pond area there and you would spit saliva, throw bubble gum, popcorn, etc in there and they'd come up for it and take it. Ewwwww!
