Why are you asking an empty headed question? But to answer your question, there is sometimes nothing better to do than try and educate the ignorant. Read Plato's Crito or Apology and you'll understand why I choose to address empty headed questions.

Hehehe. Good one. I really -don't- waste a great deal of time on them, but everyone needs a bit of 'comic relief' in their life. So I hang out here (and in the Science and Math forum) for a bit of humor. It's cheaper to hang out here than to hang out in a bar âº

i find it fullfilling and rewarding... :) and i don't consider it a waste of my time, i also have people i like here, and being who i am...it's a good thing to do...besides, many of them are "good questions" even if they may seem silly to others.. now, you have a nice day, and don't get your underware in such of a bunch...
