throw your artwork away without your permission when you leave school?
And is it ok for her to pretend she is sick and not in school to avoid me?

I hate my art teacher so much, all that pain she caused me at school and i believe she has thrown away my artwork i spent all my effort on.
Whenever I call up school, no matter what day it is i decide to call... the receptionist tells me she is sick or she is on holiday.

I've had ENOUGH

And I was the one who bought the art book... and most of the paint i worked with was my own. The effort, blood sweat and tears were my own also...

Who supplied the materials for the art project? If it was the school, then I'd have to say without hesitation or reservation that as a representative of the school, it was hers to do with as she pleased. If you left it for a period (greater than reasonably expected to come get it and disposition it on your own), then I would say it falls into the category of abandoned. as the teacher, he/she cannot be expected to hang on to every last item left -- they'd run out of room! As for not taking your phone calls, you should schedule an appointment. Should you show up without one, I wouldn't see you either. If you were to keep phoning, I'd leave instruction that I'm not to be disturbed.

If it were me I would have had enough to! No art teacher or anybody else should treat you like that. My advice is that you go talk to a school pricipal adn ask him and if the art teacher still is acting mean to you talk to ur parents and have them talk to the principal. Best of Luck!

Have you tried painting her some flowers and giving her an apple? Maybe she doesn't like you because you don't kiss up enough.
