Head to George Street, you will find a place that will suit you.
The locals will have more than enough recommendations when you get there.

Most licensed establishments per capita in North America-the hot spots change on a weekly basis and there are plenty of them. You will want to bar-hop so it's hard to recommend anywhere specific.
