How long does it take to fix a keyboard on a laptob?

pc world have took my laptob away they say so far there dont no how long there having problems does anyone no how long it will be gone for?

Most Laptop computers are capable of completing a keybord switch within 15 minutes. The real issue is getting the new keyboard....Oh....If someone is trying to do board level work rather than replacing the keyboard...get another tech! Once some keys fail others will and getting board level repairs in a "bandaid" at best!

It should take about an hour or so to replace the keyboard. Any lag time would be associated with order and shipping time.
