I got this hideous fleece vest with zigzags on it. So I wrapped it up and gave it to my mom as a gag gift and she pretended to like it because she didn't want to hurt my feelings. She got mad once she realized it was a joke!

My ex's mother gave me an ugly knit wool sweater, it had a christmas tree on it and santa waving, with huge sequence and a puffy ball on top of the tree. I have never seen such a ugly sweater. I thanked her and than gave it to charity a couple of months later.
She always knew where to get to worst gifts!

My husband decided a few years ago to put up these plate railing things in our family room to put photos on. It is really cool, don't get me wrong. I ASKED him to do it. But after he got it done he said it was my birthday gift. It was hnis way of once again getting out of buying me a gift. So really the actual gift was not bad, just the way he did it.

My parents just a got a divorce like two years ago and i went to my dads for christmas and he bought me my moms fav lotion, the kind i hated, and bought me a box of her fav cherries. It made me feel bad because he doesnt even know the things i like....i ended up giving it to my mom though :)

My dad gives us used crap from his tenants that have moved. Some times the stuff is dirty. I throw them away.

My gran gave me a jacket, it was vile!!! I said oooh thank you.
I never wore it then years later I gave it to charity!
