wow...i think u need to understand the logic behind into converting 1.6 into a fraction.

now, you see that you get 1.6 by taking 16 and divide by 10

=> 16/10
= (2 x 8)/(2 x 5) -> you can cancel off the 2 and u left with..
= 8/5
