a female can get an abortion and the man has no right whatso-ever to stop her . This has happend to me twice. i did not want her to have the abortion's but there wasn't one thing i could do about it. on the other hand if the man wants it and the woman doesnt theres not a thing he can do to make her have it. SO my question is; should there be a form that a single man can check either yes or no to an abortion, if he checks yes then he would be relieved of all responsibility? ----- remember i am talkin unmarried couples

An excellent idea. Of course before you have sex you should know the person well enough to actually ask her opinion about children and abortion, and while you both have your clothes on too.
How practical to carry a paper that exonerates you from support if she becomes pregnant and doesn't abort. You may need to find a notary public to witness the signature, but its a small price to pay. Alternately you could have a box that states that should she become pregnant she must abort.
Or a third, that you will pay a specific amount should she carry to term and the DNA test proves its yours.
I can just about guarantee you will never have to worry about unintended pregnancy because any self respecting woman would throw your sorry azz out the door.
Until then, look upon every act of sex as a possible pregnancy and either only sleep with women you respect and would marry, or keep it in your pants where you won't have to worry about the consequences.

No. Unmarried people should NOT be having sex at all. The only check that will relieve a man of responsibility to his baby is a child support check.

I think the only reason the man who fathered a child has no say in whether the mother has an abortion or not is because medically speaking, the baby is in her body, and no one else has any authority to make medical decisions except her. As for the abortion form, I don't know my feelings on that. Part of me thinks it makes sense, and part of me thinks that if you knock up a girl, you need to take responsibilty for the child if she chooses to have it. After all, she didn't get herself pregnant. But these are only my opinions.

Sounds reasonable.

The pendulum swings...for centuries, the woman's rights wasn't worth squat. Now the pendulum has swung the other direction, and now the man's right isn't worth squat.

Give it a couple of decades, and it'll even out......

Having survived the same thing, but I bought a three bed room house for her sick butt, I think that would be a good idea.

Also since you legally can not contract when you are impaired I.E. drunk most men could not legally contract and therefore could not legally be the father of Shank 2345.3 in society that is looking for a check.

Also it is a choice to shot someone in the head like abortion is a choice where the babies skull is crushed.

Cover your johnson no matter how magic you think it is.

It would seem to me that you're trying to get a child without marrying the mother. It would seem to me that you're going about this the wrong way.

If you want kids, get married, make a commitment - marriage - one in which you DO have rights, rather than trying to infringe on the rights of a single individual. Commitment is a two way street not a back alley.

Well why don't you go invent the artificial womb. Find a way to transplant it from her body to this womb. Then if YOU want it and she doesn't then it can be kept there and you can have it. Now say that happened. How many guys would say they don't want Child Support, even if she makes more.
