here is the story, on Friday October 5, 2007 i was on my way home from work and the public transportation bus that I was on in was involved in a bus accident when the bus and a car collided . At the time, i did not realize that the transportation company was in the wrong until I got a phone call on 10/29 telling me that (the bus company) was at fault and I should go to the doctor. I have went to the doctor and they told me I have to go to physical therapy for my neck because i did damage to my neck and shoulders. My attorney said that this should be an open and shut case, all i have to do is go through the therapy. If anyone has been in a bus accident involving a neck injury can you let me know what happened and approximately how much was your settlement amount. I know that the bus company is picking up all medical bills while I go thru therapy. If you have any suggestion, please let me know! Thank you once again for your Help!

So, based on your story, you went from 10/5 to 10/29 with NO CLUE that you had damage to your neck and shoulders from the accident?
They might pay your bills, but I am betting that if the damage was so slight that you couldn't tell you were hurt, your dreams of a big payday settlement are going out the window.
