use standard results:-
f (x) = 2 x
f `(x) = 2
and
f(x) = cosec x
f `(x) = - cosec x cot x

f `(x) = 2 cosec x - (2x) (cosec x) (cot x)
f `(x) = 2 cosec x (1 - x cot x)

if your problem is

f(x) = 2 multiplied by cosec x.
Then derivative of f(x) = (-)2.cosec x . cot x.

If it is f(x) = 2.x.cosec x then
its derivative is -

= 2.[ (1). cosec x + x. (-) cosec x . cot x ]
= 2 [ cosec x - x cosec x . cot x ]
