What are the rules behind telling someone or yelling at them. Can I get arrested or charged for yelling at at people.

It's not worth getting you or someone else hurt (in either an accident or a fight) over some guy driving like an idiot.

Well you can be killed! I saw that myself three years ago on an interstate ramp two fools were doing the road rage thing and when they got off onto the ramp one got out of the car yelling and the other one shot him dead right there!
Take a chill pill and go on your way knowing you were the better person. Did it really matter if you were cut off? Did you get home later because of it? Did you miss a commercial on TV? sheesh

listen to Citicop, he has probably seen the results of road rage more than most of us would ever want to.

You are allowed to take their photo, video them, get their license plate number and call the police. Yelling or even flipping some idiot off can get you charged with assault.

Keep your window up, drop back about 50 feet, and say anything you like.
As loudly as you like.
But the people in the next lane will think you are crazy.

many states have laws against road rage specfically or other laws that will cover youre actions you might pursue

i would forget about it unless you really want to get shot or something

anything else can be seen as assault and is punishable under the statutes of your state.
