You are in a catch 22.That is you are not declared as an adult at 17.Though you might think you would be better off on your own you need to budget a minimum of $2500.00 for rent-utilities-food.This would not bring in personal luxuries(concerts-movies-clubing).
The best for you if you are not independently wealthy is to sit tight ,finish school,and secure a job then consider the move.

No, because it's illegal. Technically without a court ordered emancipation its called running away. Unless your parents don't turn you in. How do you plan on paying for it? Mcdonalds doesn't pay enough to live alone like that. And your not old enough to qualify for aid, like all the other lazy people in the USA. Thats the problem with kids today, they don't appreciate what they have. Oh my life is so bad, I hate my house, GET OVER IT!

dont even try, you will end up in alot of debt if you actualy manage it, you want to have a steady job first. and a fairly nice bank balance
