GOD: I was in a deep depression after having suffered a devastating miscarriage and total hysterectomy because of the miscarriage and i wanted a baby and a family so much... and god intervened and sent a woman to live next door to us who i became good friends with... she had two adorable children one being 5 and one just under a year old... and she asked me to babysit for her right off the bat... i said yes, and i didnt realize exactly what was going on in her house till one day she came over and said she wanted me and my husband keith to take care of her kids while she went to rehab to get her life straight would we be willing to take them... we said yes of course and she left for rehab... well the first night we had the children i was going to give them a bath and took off their clothes and the 5 yr olds back and behind and legs were covered in belt marks where she had beaten him so bad... i cried and immediatly we filed for emergency custody of these children and were awarded permanent custody... We have raised these children ever since, our oldest son is now 10yrs and our youngest son is 6 yrs old... their mother is in her 6th stint in rehab and i dont know what the future holds for her , but for us it holds a good one... My oldest son said to me one day lets go to church i want to go to church, and i said ok, and we came to know god because of our little 5 yr old oldest son... He was wanting to be with jesus and so we went and gave our life over to the lord and this has made our life full and complete.. I am not sure where i would be if not for my beautiful boys and my husband and my mom but i do know one thing i always had god to talk too...GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ... HAVE A GOOD AND SAFE AND BLESSED HALLOWEEN...
