set up

10w to 5W = 2
15w to 10w =2

then

15w to 5w must be 4.

and since
20w to 15w =2

20w to 5w= (10w to 5W)(15w to 10)(20w to 15w)=2 x 2 x 2=8

10w flows twice as fast as 15W (x2)
15w flows twice as fast as 20W (x2)

2 x 2 x 2 = 8
