I'm from Italy. Today is Halloween for us too. Just some years ago few people Knew what day it is celebrated. Now everybody talks about Halloween. What will we do tonight for Halloween?, everybody says... But what's the right pronunciation: Hàlloween or Halloweèn? Where the hell does the accent fall? I suppose Halloweèn but everybody here says Hàlloween. Please answer...

Both are acceptable pronounciations.

It is most definitely not pronounced with the first syllable sounding like HALL.

Halloweèn is the correct pronunciation, in the UK anyway.

So hallow-EEN instead of HA-lloween.

Har low een. But it depends on which part of Europe or USA you are from, its up to the accent of the speaker.

I would put the stress (emphasis) on the last syllable.

Im not sure what you mean, but you pronounce it as
hallow-ween.
